Our Story
Hilltop Cafe opened its doors on Lowell Avenue with one simple belief: great coffee and cocktails shouldn't require a reservation or a dress code. Just good ingredients, skilled hands, and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like you belong.
We source our beans from small roasters who care about sustainability, bake our pastries every morning before the sun comes up, and treat every cocktail like it's the last one you'll ever taste. It's not a gimmick — it's just how we roll in Overland Park.
